Garden Studio/Tiny House in Quiet North Oakland Oasis

Stand-alone L-shaped tiny home, which means no shared walls with other people. Great for someone who likes quiet and a garden setting. FULLY FURNISHED with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Double bed. Table for two which can be used for a desk, and comfortable two-person couch. Small open closet with shelves. Kitchenette with small fridge, cook plate with one hot electric burner, one warming burner, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, toaster, silverware, dish towel, etc. Shower and toilet are right next to kitchenette with a curtain to separate. See photos as this is unusual. Heating is by space heater. Light space with French doors onto the garden, and a skylight. Garden space has a chair and table and lots of nice plants. There is an additional outdoor toilet and bathroom next to the tiny home which is used by others on occasion. There are two other houses on the property who share the garden space. Studio is accessed by a gate, and the whole property is fenced in. Shared 1x week laundry. Tiny garden house is located by the North Oakland-Berkeley-Emeryville border. There is street parking with no permit. A free bus takes you to MacArthur Bart (The Emery-Go-Round). No pets, a bossy terrier lives in the front house. No smoking or candles on the property.
