Fully furnished with sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, & silverware. No extra charge for Heat/AC, internet, and housekeeping. Garden is irrigated with low maintenance to trim roses and herbs if you wish. Not suited for families. Parking included. This is my primary residence during the academic year.
