Newly renovated and private, this self-contained basement studio is ideally situated close to public transit, shops and High Park. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, two burner induction cooktop, counter convention/toaster oven, and microwave. Enjoy your own private entrance and washer/dryer. The location is ideal - we are within walking distance of many attractions and neighbourhoods including High Park, Roncesvalles, the Junction, Bloor West Village, and Bloordale. A major grocery store and Shoppers Drug Mart/pharmacy are half a block away, as well as many restaurants and shops. Access to transit is a huge feature - we are a 5 minute walk to Dundas West TTC station (access Bloor/Line 2 subway and several streetcar and bus routes) as well as to the Bloor stop for the Union-Pearson Express train (the ride is 9 minutes to Union Station; 12 minutes to Pearson airport). Great location for nearby universities (15 minutes to St. George Station/UofT and 25 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University). Suitable for a single person or couple. The studio is located in the basement of our family home. While sound transfer is minimal, it is not perfect so please expect to hear muffled sounds of our family. Ceiling height is 6'5" (lower under duct work visible in photos).
