The house is on a quiet tree-lined block in the heart of Southeast Portland. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and other attractions on Hawthorne Boulevard, Belmont and Division streets. It's a great neighborhood for exploring on foot or by bike, and with good access to several bus lines. We are close to Mt. Tabor and Laurelhurst parks. Two supermarkets are less than three blocks away. The layout is flexible: four rooms upstairs are currently configured as two bedrooms ( cal king and queen), and two offices. One office can become a single bedroom with twin bed. There are two bathrooms. We have high speed wifi, Netflix, Amazon, Britbox, Acorn, Apple TV and HBO. Sonos speakers throughout and weightlifting equipment.
