3 bedrooms, one bathroom. Lots of color & character! Probably most diverse and progressive neighborhood of Minnesota. Perfect for couple (one toilet, two work spaces). Bathroom just redone. Can see Modern Times restaurant from kitchen, couple blocks from Powderhorn Park, use Greenway biking highway straight to Mississippi, chain of Lakes, downtown. Lots of flowers outside. Will get professionally cleaned. IMPORTANT: I see I have a low "Trust Score". That's simply because I have had no use for this site since 2018. How efficient internet companies are in making us feel nervous. Let's instead establish trust through videochat! I can get you to talk to colleagues and people who have stayed here before.

Water interior plants every Sunday. Minimal yardwork is to mow lawn (maybe 2x) & make sure pedestrians are safe. But if you like gardening, some minimal weeding would be lovely
Comments: You're welcome to plant veggies. There are poppies, roses, lilies, asters, and other annuals. Also, trash & recycling Monday night. We will discuss all this!
