Looking for a gorgeous private space near Carnegie Mellon campus?

My teenage son and I live alone in a large, 6 bedroom house and it's a shame to not make more use of it. We are both active - I have a PhD and conduct research for a think tank full time; my son is in high school. We have created a beautiful space on our third floor that is private, has a brand new mattress on a queen bed, has a new fridge and microwave, a huge living area with big windows, a private bathroom... We are open to the tenant using our kitchen and laundry and becoming part of our lives or keeping to themselves. We socialize a lot, hosting people for dinner parties, but the house is empty during the days. The apartment also have a coffee maker and toaster and the tenant could bring a hot plate. But, dishes would need to be done in the kitchen. It's fully furnished, but there is space to store furniture if the tenant wanted to bring someone of their own instead. It's a 10 minute walk into Frick Park, which has miles of hiking trails. 20 minute walk to Carnegie Mellon and easy bike ride. 10 minute walk to necessities - Rite Aid, grocery store, lots of Asian takeout restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater. It's an old urban neighborhood with sidewalks. Tenant could also spend time on front porch, back deck, and back patio/firepit. Neighborhood is very safe. Street parking is easy and it is also a 5 minute walk to a bus stop. There is a garage for storing a bike.
