Magical, spacious architectural gem in leafy Epsom

Hi, I'm Kate. I'm a copywriter/brand strategist turned screenwriter, heading to London to study and try to 'break in'. My husband John, a video producer, is coming with me on this grown up gap year, and we would love to find like-minded tenants to enjoy our beautiful, quirky home as much as we have done during the past 8 years. Whether or not you're 'creative' as a job, you will feel regularly inspired living here. I wake here every morning feeling happy. While it's not suitable for little ones, older kids (8+) love our Hobbit castle too. We like mid-century modern design, and will be leaving the house at least semi furnished (with appliances) so if you share this design aesthetic, it's a great choice. We have a very reliable hatchback, and would consider adding that to the tenancy if needed, otherwise we have storage for it elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE, WE'RE CURRENTLY HAVING PHOTOS TAKEN FOLLOWING SOME REPAINTING/RE-CARPETING SO ARE USING THE PREVIOUS OWNER'S PHOTOGRAPHY. OUR STUFF IS CUTER AND MORE MODERN. ;-)
