Spacious and bright one bedroom loft (700 sq ft) with a large terrace where you can bbq and watch people shopping, gathering on patios or catching the streetcar. There is a fireplace and a gas stove. I am located in the heart of Kingston Rd village. Vintage book store, restaurants, pubs, bar and boutiques abound. Lots of groceries near by. Most of all, beautiful long stretch of swimmable beach at 5-8 minutes walk down the hill. Under an hour by TTC to get to AGO, U of T, Eaton Center, St-Lawrence Market, Distillery District and world class entertainment. There is an indoor parking and a bicycle I can lend. You can hit Lakeshore east bicycle trail within minutes, simply gorgeous! While I am away, I am looking to rent it to a rare pearl who would take very good care of it. Suitable for one person.

Comments: I have a bicycle I could lend. Gorgeous bike trails around. I don't have a huge TV. The working desk faces the fire place and large window ! I'm facing south. Great neighbourhood! TTC at the door.
