Spacious 4-bedroom top-floor flat with Castle views

We would like to offer our flat for those coming to Edinburgh for one year. We have a furnished, top-floor flat, spread over two floors that can accommodate a family or couple, with each seeking their own office. One office has an electric standing desk and massive monitor. There is a large kitchen and living room and two bathrooms. The beds in the bedrooms are: one super king, one single, one double that can convert to a sofa, one daybed that can convert to a king. The traditional tenement building is largely owner-occupied and the communal stair has recently been re-painted. It is a quite building. We have a regular cleaning person that may be willing to continue during your stay for fees. The dates are not flexible, but we can negotiate on internet, council tax, etc. All our personal effects - such as books, toys, comics, quilts - will be removed but we will leave useful item - tools, vacuum - and we can discuss items that you might find useful - dishes, small appliances, linens, monitors, extension cords. Of if you love comics, we can discuss these too. The washing machine is currently, upstairs, out of the kitchen, but this may not suit you as it means laundry can only be done during the day and we can discuss moving it back to the kitchen. We are in an excellent location, near facilities, groceries, public transport, swimming pools, gyms, libraries, restaurants, cafes cycle routes and walking distance to the University of Edinburgh and Napier. Generally, this flat would be a ready for you to explore Edinburgh with little thought to preparing a home space. We would like to hear about you and what brings you to Edinburgh.
