Our neighborhood is both lovely and central -- just 9 blocks to beautiful UCLA, and 7 blocks to Westwood village shops, restaurants, library, playground, park, movie theaters, Hammer Museum. Short drive to hiking, beaches, freeways, museums, studio tours and theme parks. Care for 3 cats requested (but negotiable.) We've got 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed (2024 mattresses) + an office with a sofa that converts to a double bed. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Hardwood floors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen island, granite counters, central A/C & heat. Updated and clean! Westwood is adjacent to Century City & Beverly Hills to the east, Brentwood & Santa Monica to the west. Close to 405 and 10 freeways to zip you over to the valley, down to LAX, out to the beach, or east to DTLA. Utilities and weekly gardener included with your stay. Our house is great for enjoying all that LA has to offer. Bring the family!
