Fully furnished house close to Cornell, available for the Summer of 2024

We are looking for a family who can stay in our house for up to 1.5 month between July and August in in 2024. Kids friendly neighborhood with very low traffic. Our house is fully furnished and kids friendly, with a fully finished basement and fenced back yard. 1st floor has two kids' bedrooms one office with a sofa bed, master bedroom and two bathrooms. Ground floor has one guest bedroom, an office, and one full bathroom, along with the kitchen, family room, dinning room and sunroom. Basement has one guest bedroom and a half bathroom. Garage fits two cars, and there is space for at least two more in the driveway. A deck is connected to the sunroom, with additional outside sitting area. 10 to 15 minutes from Cornell University, Ithaca College, Tops, Target, Ithaca Mall, Asian Market, Sciencenter, Farmer's market, Cayuga Medical Center, Pediatrics, Sapsucker Woods, Buttermilk Falls State Park. The tenant is for buying garbage stickers (~$1 per bag) and disposing of garbage at the designated schedule. A cleaning service can be included in a weekly or biweekly basis.
