Looking for a Phd, post doc, grad student/researcher, traveling nurse. Throughout the years I have hosted multiple international researchers, grad students with great success. I am a health provider myself and I've been a medical researcher. I understand and provide the needs of my tenants especially when away from home whether is another state or country.

Comments: Open glass door to a backyard/garden when you are at home, bring the light in. Queen bed, big closet, spacious room, beautiful wooden floors. Beautiful Victorian, recently renovated.

Comments: Private bright BR, full bathroom. Kitchen w/ induction cooking, microwave, fridge and air fryer, tv for you only. Room has a couch, a tall table x eating + as a desk for you. Main entrance to space is from a beautiful backyard/garden.
