Grocery store, Wholefood, trader Joe coming up in July 2024, wine and liquor store, pharmacy, restaurants all from 1 to 4 blocks away. 4 blocks from the subway line, 2-3. express line. 20-minute subway ride to 42th. Street parking is free, but there are no dedicated/assigned spots. There are also a number of parking garages in the area.
