Bedding, sheets and towels can be provided free of charge. Rental includes shared use of a 240 sq. ft storage shed and large (3-car) driveway; does not include garage. Use of a car can be discussed for an extra fee. This property is currently operating as a short term rental. Prospective tenants have the unique opportunity to try out the house for a few days by booking it for a 30% discount and get reimbursed in the form of credit towards their first monthly rent.
