Welcome to our home. My name is Maria-Elena and my daughter, Dionnysia and I have made this stunning and breathtaking apartment our tranquil hideaway from the world. We are excited to share this space with you. As a clinical psychologist and meditation teacher, my home is the place I unwind and re-energise for my work. It is a sacred space that allows my daughter and I to feel safe and nurtured. We want to share this space with likeminded people who feel the same about home life and will respect our beautiful sanctuary. Clovelly is the perfect location. Not only are you close enough to the hustle and bustle of Sydney life, the neighbourhood is a unique gem offering the tranquility of a coastal town. The locals are friendly and chilled mirroring the vibe of the area. Clovelly hugs the cliffs and coastline of the Eastern seaboard and offers an immersion with the natural landscape. My mornings are spent rambling amongst the cliffs and coastal walks, an ocean swim in the morning followed by a visit to my local coffee purveyor. There is an abundance of local restaurants, cafes, coffee shops as well as yoga and exercise studios. The apartment is situated right above Gordons Bay with uninterrupted ocean views. We often snorkel in Gordon's Bay or take a dip at Clovelly. Bronte, Coogee and Bondi are along the coastal walk which is just outside the apartment. We are spoiled for choice! The local bus routes take you straight into the main train stations (Central and Bondi Junction) and UNSW is a short bus ride from Coogee (approx. 6 kms away). Sydney University, UTS are both easily accessible from Central Station. The CBD is accessible Monday to Friday by bus route also. The kitchen comes appointed with oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, microwave and a Nespresso machine. The apartment is equipped with basic utensils and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a seperate shower and bath. Towels are provided. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer as well as an indoor clothes horse and the apartment block has outdoor clothesline. Each bedroom has its own window and built-in wardrobe. The first bedroom has a single bed, desk, bedside chest of drawers and a book case. The master bedroom has a comfy seat and queen bed. All linen is provided. In addition, you can keep the home tidy with a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a steam mop and cleaning equipment (sprays and cloths). Two sets of snorkels will also be provided.
