We live here in the summer but spend the academic year away. We're looking for responsible guests to enjoy a unique home that's private but has easy access to good food, art galleries, and the shoreline. It's a lovely Connecticut River valley house on 1.5 acres in the charming village of Chester.

Comments: Hardwood and tile floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. Lots of natural light, beautiful grounds. Central air, newish furnace. All new appliances, including Bosch induction stove. Good schools, lake and river, 15 min to CT shoreline.
