The unit is located in the back of the property (it shares one wall with the front unit), giving it a secluded feel with no street noise. Inside, the living room features a 50" smart TV and L-shaped couch, perfect for relaxing after work, as well as a desk by the window if you want to get some fresh air while you're on your laptop. Each bedroom has queen beds (one with a memory foam mattress), as well as their own smart TVs and desks if you would rather watch and work in your own room. The full kitchen has new Samsung Chef Collection appliances, as well as a toaster, toaster oven, coffeemaker, an Amazon Echo Dot for listening to music, and everything you need to cook and eat at home. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower if you want to soak your workday away. All blankets, linens, and towels are supplied. The front and back doors have pull-out screens to allow cooling cross breezes through. The real treat is the private backyard, which features an outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space for prepping your meals! The outdoor table seats six and has a large umbrella for shade, as well as string lights for entertaining at night. There's even a tabletop fire feature for romantic dinners and a standing heat lamp if the night turns chilly! The backyard is totally enclosed with a small grassy area perfect for dogs. This unit is walking distance to restaurants and businesses on Pico Blvd., Venice Blvd., and Little Ethiopia (if you havent tried Ethiopian food, its fantastic!). With its terrific central location, you are just a few minutes from downtown Culver City (one of LAs best restaurant districts), with destinations like West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles Airport, Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles reachable in as little as 15 minutes. If you love to shop, Melrose Avenue and the Grove and Beverly Center malls have the best shopping in Los Angeles! Once you sign the lease, you will be asked to deposit $300 to hold your space. If you break the lease before or during your stay, I will keep the $300. If you are renting month to month, I require 28 days advanced notice that you will be leaving. On move-in day, I am asking for a $1,750 security deposit plus $150 for end-of-stay cleaning — $1,900 in total. Housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional $150 fee per visit (pending availability). If the unit is in good condition at the end of your stay, the $1,750 deposit will be returned to you within three weeks.
