On move-in day, I am asking for a $1,750 security deposit plus $150 for end-of-stay cleaning — $1,900 in total. Housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional $150 fee per visit (pending availability). If the unit is in good condition at the end of your stay, the $1,750 deposit will be returned to you within three weeks.
