Charming studio loft with views

Close to Nation square and on the 7th floor of a historic Haussmann-style building, this small studio (chambre de bonne) is fully furnished, of a very good standard and completely refurbished. Charming, bright, functional and quiet, it boasts a small bathroom and small kitchen. The space is normally for one person but a couple should fit exceptionally. Small double bed sofa. The WC is outside, just opposite on the landing. Utilities are included, but the tenant pays for electricity (about 30€ per month). The studio will normally be yours, but you will need to be able to find somewhere else to stay when I need the studio myself. I come every one, two or three months with an average of three to no more than five nights a month. The dates can normally be negotiated and they will be known well in advance. So it won't be a main rental but a pied-à-terre for someone who won't be in Paris all the time. Or for someone who can easily stay with friends or for a professional who's sometimes away on business... You don't need a lot of space for your belongings and you respect the silence in the building. I'm sociable, flexible and quiet, just like you! :) The flat will be available after June 11. As I will be around July 5-22, I am open to shorter stays. After the summer, I'll be normally looking for a minimum rental period of six months.
