Urban professional leaving Toronto on sabbatical. I am renting my home to other professionals looking for a furnished home away from home in historic and beautiful Cabbagetown. My condo is a 15 minute walk to the University of Toronto, a 10 minute walk to Queen's Park, and a 20 minute walk to Toronto Metropolitan University. If you walk further South, you will find yourself in the pedestrian only Distillery District. A little further still, and you'll find yourself on the shores of Lake Ontario. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Wellesley Station (on the Yonge/University subway line) and a 7 minute walk to Sherbourne Station (on the Bloor/Danforth subway line). If you have access to a vehicle, the space is a short ride to the Don Valley Parkway, from which you can easily reach many other cities and town near the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. For the active renter, the space is not far from the Lower Don River Trail, on which one can bike South to the Beaches and Tommy Thompson Park, and North to Brickworks and further North to Sunnybrook Park.
