We have a furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus office in West Cambridge. Leasing from January to early June— exact dates are flexible. This is a bright and huge condo right across from Fresh Pond that we’re subletting for 4.5 months starting in the winter. (Our dates are a bit flexible.) It is spacious and renovated and equipped with everything you might need! Two spots in the driveway and a large grassy yard shared with the retired couple downstairs. It’s a perfect place for a small family or a couple wanting extra room. The bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin bed respectively, but we also have a crib we could bring back in and set up. We will accept a small dog but unfortunately no cats due to allergies. We cannot overstate the peaceful and loveliness of the location! Birds chirping in the yard and sunshine all day, and yet you’re still in the city… Rent is $3900/month including internet but not other utilities. No brokers fee.
