This beautiful 1912 home is in the heart of walkable SE Portland, one block off SE Division and a short walk to Hawthorne. I love the extra high ceilings, classic woodwork, big windows, and the private backyard and patio. The kitchen has a sweet breakfast nook and is stocked with everything needed by a serious cook -- everything except a dishwasher. The attic is partially furnished and offers a sweet yoga area, kids' play area and tv room. I'm offering this house at a very low rent for the area because I'd love to have tenants when I'm away this summer. Note that the furniture in the photos belongs to the previous owners.
