I have 3 school aged children in a busy single parent home. We are looking for a quiet professional/academic who will be comfortable living on the 3rd floor of my home. The space is approximately 630 sq. ft. with 2 rooms connected by pocket french doors. The space is fully furnished, and has a full bath. There is a mini kitchenette with basic appliances like coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and full-sized refridgerator. The main entrance is shared and so is the laundry on the second floor. There will be one parking space available for the tenant in the driveway. Our ideal tenant is female, respectful, introverted and tidy.
