We live in this fabulous, century-old home in the heart of Toronto and rent rooms and apartments to people across the globe. This unit is a south-facing, lower-level apartment next to a large park and garden. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a pull-out couch for the occasional guest. Guests have a private area in the backyard to sit read, and enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail or tea. The living space is open-concept and has a den area a kitchen area and a full bathroom. A couple of caveats- the unit is not ideal if you are tall as the ceiling is low in some parts. We do not recommend the unit if you are sensitive to noise as you can hear us in the upper level walking and occasionally playing music.
