Charming 2-Bed/1 Bath Unit | Beautiful Backyard with a Large Redwood Tree

The redwood tree and backyard are stunning. The place is so cute, well-maintained, bright and lovely. I highly recommend it.

Having spent more than 5 months here, the hosts are kind, attentive and responsive. The communication with SO Brien has always been awesome!The house is clean, very comfortable with well-thought details, with a kitchen full of cooking utensils, a dishwasher and a new fridge that was just installed a few months ago. The host provides cleaning service once a month which has been great. The house is perfectly suitable for two people and it can host an extra person in terms of sleeping capacity. It has a central but quiet location close to everything; a 20 minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus, 10-15 minute walk to Downtown and Gourmet Ghetto. The backyard patio under the great redwood is a bliss to spend time in. Ideal place for a sabbatical!
