We are looking for a responsible person or couple to live in our 1920 bungalow in the Petworth, DC neighborhood. Dates and terms are negotiable; we are temporarily relocating to Ithaca NY to take care of aging parents. Its a great neighborhood, leafy, many nearby amenities, quiet, close to Metro.
