The house is well equipped and good for families. The easy, 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath floorplan offers a ground floor master suite. On this level, there is also an extra half bath with washer/drier, a large, open, light-filled common area plus kitchen, and direct garage access. The second floor has a kids bedroom with bunk beds plus a single, a full bath, and an office that overlooks the leafy back yard and has a twin size trundle bed. The fully finished basement has a queen bed, separate bath, TV area, plus extra space for working, reading, or just hanging out. There is a large porch and private yard that offer a peaceful place to write, relax, or visit. Walk to downtown Woods Hole, the aquarium and science center, the bike path and the ferry terminal; finish your day on a beach or dining out in Falmouth; then return to this modern, comfortable home in a quiet Woods Hole neighborhood.
