We are an academic couple looking for a quiet, clean tenant/s who need a cozy apartment in central London. The apartment is old but refurbished and has all the mod cons (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven/stove), and is south-facing so gets the light all day. There may be a little drilling noise in the weekdays because of construction works nearby, but it is a very calm neighbourhood despite its proximity to Kings Cross. The building is very safe, with a dedicated rubbish collection and recycling service and a live-in building manager. The building rooftop is great for picnics and reading sessions with a view! It is minutes walk to the British Library; the lovely bookshops and cafes of Marchmont Street; the UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck main campuses and Brunswick Centre which has all the main supermarkets and shops you will need. Nearest London Underground stations are Kings Cross St Pancras, Russell Square, and Euston.
