Our furnished, comfortable single-family home in Watertown is ideal for visitors to the Boston area. The house is a 10-minute bus ride to Harvard Square, with a bus stop a one-minute walk from our front door. Harvard Square provides easy Red Line subway access to Harvard, MIT, Massachusetts General Hospital, Kendall Square, downtown Boston, Tufts University. The neighborhood is residential, with restaurants, cafés, and shops. In addition to three bedrooms, there are two separate office/work spaces. There is very good wifi. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and well-suited for relaxing at the end of the day or for continued work. There is a small front yard as well as a back yard with a modest patio and grill. Recent upgrades include a new roof and a new high-efficiency heat-pump HVAC system providing efficient heating and air conditioning. Two driveways allow for a maximum of 3 cars to park off the street. The home can sleep up to seven people, but we limit occupancy to four to five residents to maintain the property and keep utilities manageable.
