I have a room for rent in my artist-designed loft apt in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The room comes furnished and you will have access to a walk-in closet for extra storage. There is a bespoke bookshelf and an adjustable standing/sitting desk. Full size bed that can also become a couch. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a full size soaking tub. The apt is quite large, very BRIGHT, huge windows, industrial chic look, overlooking a flowering garden. Very close to F train, parks, and amazing restaurants, Good WIFI, A/C, and laundry in building. 24/7 front desk attendant, bike storage, and small on-site gym. You will be sharing the apt with me (artist and writer) and one friendly cat. About Me: I am an artist (painter) and professor. I spend a lot of time at my art studio in Red Hook, BK. I was born in NYC, and have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years.
