Hello! We are a family of four, two adults two kiddos who have temporarily left Toronto to connect with family abroad. We are looking for folks to love and care for our home as much as we do! We have spent the past five years slowly renovating and updating our space, and we hope you find it comfortable too. We've got 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a large sectional and Frame Tv, as well as an upright piano for those who may enjoy playing (or taking the opportunity to learn to play!). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a yummy meal, and in the basement you'll find an open area for play/yoga as well as a home office. Our backyard has plenty of room to pass a ball around, enjoy the garden, BBQ and lounge with friends on the patio. There is also a shed with storage for any bikes, etc. We are in walking distance to a few schools in the neighbourhood ( R.H. MacGregor, La Mosaique) as well as the hospital (Michael Garron). You will be a 7 minute walk from the closest subway station, as well as Danforth Avenue, which hosts many delicious, and diverse restaurants, cafe's, shops and markets. Nearby is Monarch Park, Dieppe Park, and we are a short drive down to the Lake/Beach. Parking is easily found on the street with the purchase of a parking permit through the City of Toronto.
