As we will be away for a sabbatical year abroad, we are looking for trustworthy tenants to stay in our spacious and tastefully furnished apartment. The accommodation is ideal for four to five people, who are looking for a culturally engaging neighbourhood in a prime central location with immediate vicinity to some of the city’s most extensive parks and recreational opportunities. This is one of Berlin’s few nineteenth-century residential areas which has been progressively restored. The neighbourhood is very safe, kids-friendly and walkable. The building dating back to 1882 has been completely refurbished in 2011. The apartment comes with a grand piano and friendly music loving neighbours. The living room has a bright west-facing balcony with antiques, design sofa set, bookshelf as well as cable TV and DVD player. The quite bedrooms access the large balcony in the inner courtyard. The main bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, washing machine and dryer. The dining room and kitchen has high-quality appliances. Our priority is to find tenants who will treat our lovely home with care and respect. Therefore, we are open to adjusting the rental period in consideration of your needs. Comments: We will keep a small room to store personal items and to settle urgent matters in case they might arise. Otherwise, the apartment, its large live-in kitchen, two bathrooms and three balconies are for the tenants’ exclusive use.
