We are an archaeologist and historian who have lived in Rome for many years: the studio is next-door to our house. We would like to rent it to someone congenial, of any nationality, who would add to the courtyard community.

Comments: The studio and its location are entirely charming. We live next door and need very occasional cat-sitting and watering - but are also there to help out. We prefer longer lets, like three months, to students or academics.

Comments: Beautiful courtyard with a village atmosphere. The studio is on the ground floor, with an independent entrance.. We very much prefer medium-term tenants.
