Professional Gypcrete soundproofing in the ceiling; you will not hear the owners upstairs, and they will not hear you. Suite has hot water radiators for even heat, and its own controls. Across the street is a lovely park with playground, and popular neighbourhood gathering place. Less than two blocks is everything you need on Commercial Drive from grocery stores to cafes, restaurants, boutiques, thrift stores and more. Owners live above. We are a couple with two university-aged children. One lives at home; the other attends McGill in Montreal. Owners both grew up in academic families who took sabbaticals (Athens, Oxford, Canberra, Hobart respectively). One owner has PhD (Arizona ‘99) but no longer works in academia. The other owner has run his own home-building business for 15 years, and been in the sector for 30 years.
