Our Large and Lovely Family Home!

We are renting our large, loving, and lovely family home as we pack up all of our things to go away for about a year (September 2026-July 2027). The photos don’t totally do it justice because we are getting all of our things ready, but we promise, it is recently renovated and home full of love and care. This really is just about as nice a home as you will find! The main floor is a large, open-concept space with lots of big windows and a great kitchen. There’s a small washroom at the bottom of the back stairs. The second floor features a primary bedroom with lots of closet space and an en-suite washroom, a fully equipped laundry right next to the primary bedroom, and the kids' rooms down the hall have their own closets and a washroom. The third floor is a massive, wide open space that can be used as a bedroom or an entertainment room, and it also features a deck and a very large, finished attic or storage space that can also be used as a dream kids' play space (we did that – you need to see this space to believe it!). The front and back yards were fully landscaped just three years ago, there is parking (and a plug for cars!), and there is air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined street just far enough from St Clair to not hear the noise, but close enough to walk to all the shops, cafes, and public transportation. Improvements that are in the works right now that will be ready by late August include full closet and laundry space improvements, as well as fresh coats of paint, top to bottom. The house could come fully furnished, partially furnished, or totally unfurnished. For us, it’s just important to have great people living there. Ideally, we are seeking a family from September 1st until around July 1st, 2026 for our beautiful home (though we can be flexible here). The perfect fit is a family that might be visiting from abroad, or maybe one that is renovating their own property and needs a great space that is easy to live in and will feel like home.
