The Wheeler Lodge is a 1900 Arts and Crafts bungalow on a quarter-acre lot in the Edgewood section of Cranston, offered fully furnished for the 2026–2027 academic year (September through June). 4,031 square feet across three floors with four bedrooms, three full baths, and two dedicated home offices. Original woodwork, stained glass, and built-ins are intact throughout, complemented by a thoughtful program of recent renovations — including a custom 2025 third-floor primary suite with vaulted ceilings, exposed rafters, and a hand-finished Moroccan tadelakt plaster shower. The updated kitchen features a soapstone island, induction range, Bosch dishwasher, hanging pot rack, and amber-glass cabinetry.
