I am a Senior Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts and we are renting our home for the spring semester while we are away. Ideal tenant would be someone coming to teach or work at one of our local colleges for the spring semester. One dog is acceptable. We are surrounded on three sides by forest and hiking trails, with a lovely pond just up the road. This is a very large 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with an open floor plan and master bedroom/bath on the first floor and 2 large bedrooms on the second. The third bedroom can easily be used as a home office, as it has a large desk, printer, and copier. All utilities are included.

Comments: This rental is for the main portion of the house. There is also a smaller, separate in-law apartment that is not included. The garages are also not included. High speed internet , heat, electricity and water are included.
