Beautiful and quiet flat in charming Neukolln (One Week Stay)

Description

I’m looking to sublet my fully furnished apartment in Neukolln for one week between August and October 2026. The dates are flexible — what matters most is finding someone who’s the right fit for the space and needs it for 7 or so nights. I will go on a working holiday during this time. The apartment is in a new building, so everything feels fresh and modern. All the furniture and appliances are new, and the place is set up so you can just arrive and feel at home. It’s fully furnished with the essentials you’d expect: a comfortable bed, seating, TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There’s also a washing machine and fridge. There is also a study desk and a comfortable sofa bed. The location is one of the highlights. The building is a short walk from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn at Hermanstrasse, with direct train from the airport. You can be in Mitte, Kreuzberg, or other parts of the city quickly, but you also have plenty to enjoy right in the neighborhood, including the famous Templehofer Feld. The apartment would be a good fit for someone who wants a comfortable, well-located home in Berlin for a few weeks. I’m especially looking for someone who will treat the place with care and appreciate the effort that’s gone into making it a warm and practical home.
