We are two Duke faculty members who will be away on sabbatical and are looking for tenants for our townhouse in downtown Durham. The home is a modern (2023) end-unit townhouse just a couple of blocks from Durham Central Park and the Food Hall, with easy access to Duke. It includes two bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom), a dedicated office, an attached garage with EV charging, a private rooftop terrace, and can be offered fully furnished or partially furnished, depending on your preferences. It's a great option for visiting faculty, postdocs, graduate students, medical residents/fellows, or anyone looking for a comfortable, turnkey home. We're hoping to work with prospective tenants to tailor the arrangement to their needs. We can adjust how furnished you'd like the home to be, and we'd like to reserve one room to lock up our personal belongings while we're away. We're flexible about which room that is, depending on what works best for you. Because of this flexibility, we're also very flexible on rent and would be happy to discuss an arrangement that fits your space and budget.
