Between end August and early December, I will be elsewhere. I would like to find a reliable tenant (or two) to make use of the space. For me, it's a very charming house located in a beautiful street and a typical Amsterdam neighbourhood. It has three floors, the ground floor is an open kitchen recently renovated, with small outdoor patio, the first floor is the living room and on the top floor the bedroom and bathroom, plus a rooftop terrace. It is very conveniently located.
