Master bedroom + extra room (office?) panoramic, quiet, next to UCB/hikes

I am looking for one person to share my home in Berkeley with me. My home is unique because it is functional, has a stunning view, is close to campus (8 minute walk downhill) even though is immersed in nature, is close to trails (just 8 minute walk) and downtown Berkeley. It has covered parking, It is in a safe neighborhood, has a lovely backyard and a panoramic deck and set of large windows. I have lived here alone for 4 years and I loved every minute spent here. It is a writer's retreat, surrounded by beauty 24/7. You can see hawks flying under your nose, the cycle of the moon and the sun parading in front of you, stunning sunset and sunrises... You would have the master-bedroom with a walk-in closet and an extra room nearby tat you can use as office, art studio, meditation room.. We need to share the only bathroom. You would have access to all the property except my bedroom. Roomwise, the home has a living room made of 2 rooms, a kitchen (linked to the deck), 2 back bedrooms (one with a walk in closet) a sunroom, and one bathroom. I use one of the 2 living rooms as my master bedroom. I use one of the 2 backrooms as my office, which works great. Washer and dryer are in the basement and are shared with the two apartments nearby. My place feels like a home because it is much bigger than then other 2 units and quite separate from them, apart from sharing one wall in one room and the deck. To get to the unit there are 49 steps. The walk to the steps is not well lit. There is separate heating via vents. It heats up fast. The landlord gets really good applicances, so there is a brand new Bosh dishwashwer, Samsung fridge, gas stove. Internet is fast, 61 MPBPS download, 81 MPBPS download. I have a large screen, it is not connected to cable. If you need to have it connected to cable, I can help you do it. The room is furnished and I can also leave it unfurnished. Furniture include: queen bedroom, desk, ergonomic chair,laser printer, lamps, lines, towels, large screen tv. I am a 57-year old woman, I am a professor of sociology at the University of California San Francisco. I was born in Italy and have lived in London in my late 20s and early 30s and lived in Berkeley for the last 24 years of my life. I am reliable, quiet, and communicate well. I will be away July 2-Aug 6, so you will have the place to yourself. The room is already booked Sept 25-Dec 1.
