This two-bedroom apartment is the top floor in a historic, two-floor duplex. Centrally located in the heart of State College, the apartment is a short walk from Penn State's campus and downtown State College. It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood a 10-minute drive from local trails and hiking. It comes fully furnished and is ideal for a visiting scholar, post doc, or grad student during the fall 2026 semester. I'm a professor who will be on sabbatical, so I'm looking for someone discrete and respectful to sublet the apartment. Please note that this apartment is not available to undergraduate students.
