House is on a cul de sac. Rent is negotiable depending on how many people are in your party. No dogs.

Comments: Faculty neighborhood within easy walking to University of California, Irvine. The neighborhood has several swimming pools, a community center, and playgrounds and parks. Easy access to bike trails. The home has a large backyard and is in a very quiet neighborhood.
