Our home has been designed for casual upscale comfort with an ambience that relaxes. All on one level with ease of access.. In the backyard there is an inground full size pool surrounded by soft walkable turf . A patio area adjacent to the kitchen. with a very convenient passthrough window. A barbecue too. Inside the home is an open concept which includes the kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for cooks, chefs and guests who enjoy lounging around the kitchen island. The. wine fridge/latte bar is convenienly located beside the island. The large dining table easily provides comfortable seating for a party of 8. The Living room is arranged to include all guests in the group with or without the large 65" TV on. Each of the 4 Bedrooms is unique: The Spa bedroom has a king size bed, a 50" TV, an ensuite (walkin shower, double sinks & toilet) and an access to the pool, The Green Room has a king size bed , a 43' TV, and a full ensuite with Tub/shower, sink & toilet. The Garden Room has a queen size bed, a 50" TV and sliding glass doors to the secured backyard and the pool area. The Murphy Room with a queen size bed that can easily be closed up allowing the room to transform into an office or play area., this room also has a desk and chair (just in case!) All bed linens, comforters, pillows and blankets are supplied . Bath, hand & face towels, Beach towels, bath mats, hairdryers, iron. Cutlery, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, frying pans, trays, carving knives, cooking utensils, cutting boards. Kettle, coffee machine, latte/expresso machine, toaster. Location is perfect, within a 5 mile drive there's access to everything. Grocers, restaurants, retailers, lounges/pubs, sporting events, all levels of schools, and buildings of every religion. Bus service, rail and the free MARs transport systems are all close by. Of course a car is very much more convenient, and there is a private driveway at the home. There is also plenty of free street parking too. Surrounding Tempe on a larger 150 mile geographical scale you can easily visit Sedona, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Tucson and so many other extraordinary sites. California is not so far away either.
