We will be on sabbatical for the 26/27 academic year and are renting our (furnished) 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home near Pine Grove Mills, a 12-minute drive to campus. The backyard overlooks an open field with a nearby park and trails. It has a 0.35-acre lot with mature trees and a large gardening area. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to Ferguson elementary school, Rothrock state forest, Pine Grove Mills village restaurants and shops, etc.
