Bright and Spacious 3-Bedroom Hyde Park Condo for the Summer

Description

We are leaving for summer (beginning of July – end of September) and would like to rent our furnished condo during this time. The condo has 3 bedrooms, a sunroom, dining room and living room; it is bright and spacious and has a small common outdoor space by the back stairs, where you can sit and enjoy the summer weather. We have all the usual appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, as well as washer and dryer inside the apartment! The rent (2000$) can be significantly reduced if you agree to take care of our cat. We don’t have a parking but on street parking is usually available. About our cat: Sophia is calm, cute, and impeccably well behaved. She is not much of a lap cat — she prefers to observe humans with quiet dignity from a safe distance — but she occasionally grants the privilege of brushing sessions. She really is a gentle little roommate with excellent boundaries.
