We are renting out our family flat in Prenzlauer Berg. It has a mit of light and a beautiful view. The living room is more than 30 sm with a lot of space to relax and enjoy the sunsets in this family friendly neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. It is suitable for one person, for a couple or a small family. There is one calm bedroom with a 2,20/2,00 meter sized big futon bed. Then an office with a guest couch and enough space in the book shelves for your stuff. You can invite friends or simply enjoy the light in the 30 sq meter big living room with the large table seating 6-8 people an five windows. Then neighbours are calm and friendly, so we are looking for the same. If you are looking for a calm haven in the heart of the big city, former east Berlin, for a longer stay, we are looking forward to your application

Comments: We are renting out our beloved apartment in a building built in 1902, fully furnished and equipped, minimum stay 1 year but also possible more, non smoking, cat or dog allowed, there is even a veterinarian in the house.
