We are renting our house from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 during our sabbatical (flexible on dates). Indoors. The house has 3 bedrooms (one can be converted to an office and one is on the smaller side). Nice fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island, dishwasher, and other appliances. 3 bathrooms (one in the basement). Outdoor. The house has nice back and front yards as well as a large deck attached to the kitchen, with excellent sunlight exposure and views of the Cascades, Mount Rainier, and a smidge of Lake Washington. Enjoy garden beds with grapes, strawberries, raspberries and apples. The backyard has a kid playhouse too. Parking up to two spots with 110V EV charging. The garage is not included in the rental. Basement: we will keep our personal stuff in about 200 square ft of the basement. The remaining ~600 square feet is for your use. It had a bathroom, a workbench, washer and dryer, and ample storage space. The house will be rented furnished, though some furniture can be moved in the basement. Rent does not include utilities (electric/gas/water/internet). Location: three blocks from Bryant Elementary school. 15 minutes bike to UW campus. Close to the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from SR520 bridge and I5 highway.
