We are a multicultural couple: I am Franco-British and my wife, Carolina, is Mexican-Canadian, so between us we bring together four cultures. We divide our time between Mexico City, Mérida, and Paris. This apartment on Pablo Ucello is a place we are very fond of. It was my mother-in-law’s home until recently and still has a warm, cared-for, family feeling. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, located on a peaceful street close to Parque Hundido. Because it faces the interior of the building, it offers a great deal of privacy. It is pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter. Since it was previously lived in by an older person, it has an elevator, good security, and a practical layout that makes it very easy to live in. We are looking for responsible tenants — professionals, expats, couples, or people coming to Mexico City for a medium-term stay — who will appreciate living in a well-connected, quiet, and comfortable neighborhood. It matters to us to have a cordial, respectful relationship with our tenants: we are nearby and available if needed, while always respecting their privacy and independence.
