Charming furnished 2 bedroom bungalow with bonus studio space

Description

We are renting our furnished 2br 1 bath bungalow (we currently use the smaller bedroom as an office, but it has a closet and was previously used / can be set up as a bedroom) - it is a very sweet and lovely space with lots of sunlight and well-appointed, open plan kitchen. Interior is 700 square feet, with big, beautiful garden to relax in full of fruit trees (apples, passionfruits, pears, pluots, apricots, peaches, lemons, makrut limes), outdoor dining area, deck, and grill. In addition to the main house, we have two additional outbuildings—one is currently used as a guest bedroom / additional sleeping space, and one is used as studio space (but also has a fold out sofa that has been used for guests). We are in Midtown Santa Cruz in a very walkable neighborhood - 5 min walk to Shoppers Corner and other Soquel Ave stores, 10 min walk downtown and to buses. We are renting for both summer and fall 2026, so rental periods would ideally be July 1-August 31, September 1-Dec 31, or the whole time July 1-December 31.
