Lovely flat with newly refurbed en-suite and all the elements you need to feel comfortable (washer/dryer included) The full flat can be rented out for a longer period of time and/or just our spare room The main room has ensuite and built in closets. Very quiet as it is at the back so there is no road noise. The spare room is mid-century modern. It has a sofa bed which folds out but this is only comfortable for one person. No road noise either. This is also ensuite. There is also a cupboard toilet for guests. UNFORTUNATELY (at the moment, until further notice, due to repairs) there is only one working shower in the flat and it is accessed via the second bedroom... So you need to be comfortable sharing as there is a problem with the hot water in the other one. The flat is done up to a nice spec and has recently been refurbished. There are areas of Newcastle where you can park on the street and then walk back into town and there are paid car garages. The Area and Transport This flat couldn't be more centrally located. 4' to theatre, 4' train station, 3' metro etc.... Next to Grainger Market, a covered market, and a Tesco.
